Now offering a $1,000 Signing Bonus for new candidates! The Signing Bonus will be structured in two, gross, equal lump sum payments. The first payment of $500 will be issued on the last pay date of the month after completing three months of employment. The second payment of $500 will be issued on the last pay date of the month after completing six months of employment. Signing Bonus payments are subject to Federal, State, and Local taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to withhold the Signing Bonus payments due to potential job performance and/or dependability concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest-level customer service both in person, phone and email.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including offering packing and moving supplies, and insurance.
• Prepare and execute all documents associated with leasing a storage unit.
• Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures.
• Walk and maintain property by investigating and resolving issues, scheduling repairs, and maintain the highest of cleanliness standards both inside and outside of the property.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
• Achieve organization’s goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests while exploring opportunities to add value to the job and to the company.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Customer Service and/or Sales experience
• A High School diploma /GED equivalent. College education a plus
• Ability to perform light maintenance.
• Strong computer skills-knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends
